OpenSquilla 0.5.8: TokenRhythm sign-in and task-aware local routing

🦐 OpenSquilla 0.5.8 adds TokenRhythm account sign-in to Desktop, task-aware local model routing, and model recommendations that can be reviewed and applied without waiting for an app update.

👤 TokenRhythm account — sign in from Desktop to view your balance, open recharge, and check today’s token usage for the local Gateway. Supported text, image, and video models can use the account connection, while manual provider setup and switching remain available.

🧭 Task-aware SquillaRouter — local BERT-60M INT8 intent classification now works with LightGBM model-tier selection. New Task chooses a tier from the request, Continue keeps the task’s current tier, and Redo advances one tier up to C3; image conversations can use a configured tier with vision support.

🧩 Model recommendations — OpenRouter and TokenRhythm recommendations refresh at Gateway startup and every 24 hours. Preview proposed Router or Ensemble models and confirm before applying them; cached recommendations remain available offline, and background checks respect privacy settings.

🛡️ Workflow and reliability — new chats remember the last manually selected mode and model, CLI tables adapt to terminal width, and long-session history, attachment editing, provider streaming, and Desktop shutdown are more reliable.

⚙️ Router migration — saved v4_phase3 configurations now select lightgbm_model, while an explicitly disabled router remains disabled. The new policy uses one model per tier and does not enter C3 Ensemble; to retain the previous behavior, set squilla_router.strategy to legacy_v4_phase3 and remove or replace any lightgbm_model_dir override that still points to the old model bundle.

Upgrading from 0.5.7: quit Desktop and the Gateway, back up the active profile, and install 0.5.8 over the existing installation. Configuration, chats, Agents, memory, and schedules stay in place, supported database migrations run automatically, and clients and Gateway should be upgraded together.
